LUCILLE
Lucille is an Appaloosa mare, who was 17 when she arrived. She was surrendered to the sanctuary along with her children, Desi and Lucie. They had nearly died from starvation. When they came in, we did not know if we could save them. But today they are healthy, happy and harmonious. Lucille is such a fabulous mother and we always think Lucille Ball is smiling down on them.
